RETURN SUMMARY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Faulty or incorrect items will be resolved at no cost to you
• Sale items are final and not eligible for return

We want you to love your purchase from Source.At. If something isn’t right, please read our policy below.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or broken, please email us a clear photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order to apply for a return or exchange.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer you the choice of a refund or credit.
We encourage careful selection. Due to the nature of our products and international logistics, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or expectation mismatch.

Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged in transit, let us know immediately. We will contact the courier and manage the claims process for you.
Please note: You will need to ship the item back to us at your own cost. If the return is approved, the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. In some cases, we may offer a store credit valid for 6 months instead of a refund.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund (if we cover the label cost).
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Recheck your bank or card account.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for faulty or incorrect items. However, we encourage you to choose carefully when placing your order.
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In many cases, it may be faster to purchase the correct item and request a credit or refund for the original item.
We’re happy to offer a store credit if this is easier for both parties.

SALE ITEMS
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

MISSING PARCELS
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Source.At is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:
Email us with your order number.
We’ll lodge an inquiry with the postal service.
Please allow up to 2 months for resolution.
We recommend providing a secure daytime delivery address, as our courier does not require a signature upon delivery.

OVERSEAS ORDERS & IMPORT TAXES
For international customers: Import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your country.

These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Charges may include handling fees, duties, and taxes at the border.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to avoid unexpected fees.

NOTE ON SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund and we paid for the return label, that cost will be deducted from your refund.
